Orders & Shipping
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive status
updates via email as your order is processed and fulfilled. These status
update emails will begin with Order Acceptance all the way through Order
shipped.
If you do not receive an email confirmation of your
order, please email or call us to make sure that we have received your order.
Most of our items are shipped ground by UPS. If you wish
to expedite your delivery service, options for faster delivery are available at
check-out.
Lead-Time
We will make every effort to promptly deliver your items, but
due to the extensive posting on our web site as well as manufacturer production
limitations, it is impossible to stock every item and variation. You will
receive a status update if any of your items are placed on backorder. We
will inform you of the lead time for your particular item if it is longer than
14 business days. On special orders and special requests such as
monogramming or engraving or special production, we will inform you of your
specific fulfillment expectation as soon as we receive confirmation from the
production company.
Special Services
We offer a wide array of services from design consultation,
bridal registry, personal shoppers, and gift-wrap. Our signature gift-wrap
is at no cost to our clients and we are happy to enclose a card with your
