Returns

It is our desire to maintain as liberal of a return policy as possible. If you are not delighted with your purchase from Casa Chameleon for any reason, we will gladly exchange or accept returns within a 20-day time frame.  The 20-day grace period begins from the day that the item is shipped.  The date will be located on the front of the package on the shipping label.  Your purchase will not be billed to your credit card until the day it is shipped.  Because of the nature of many of our products, we will be unable to accept monogrammed, engraved, special orders or otherwise personalized items for return.  We also will not accept returns on holiday items after the holiday has occurred.

If the item is valued over $100 dollars, we suggest that you insure the item for return.  Without insurance, you will be held liable for any damages incurred during transit.  Returns must be authorized by an agent of Casa Chameleon via telephone or email.  After receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN), you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost to our store.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

The RAN should be placed prominently on the package so it is visible for our shipping and receiving department.  

All returned items must be in their original packaging.  Towels, clothing, and other items with a tag must have the tag intact for their accepted return. 

Any items that are not in their original packaging or have otherwise been damaged will not be eligible for return.

Casa Chameleon reserves the right to refuse any return because of damage or use other than the product's specifications.

Damaged Items

If the item purchased is received damaged, we must be notified within a 48-hour time frame.  All of the original packaging must be saved so that the item(s) and packaging can be inspected.  The problem with your merchandise must also be reported to the shipping carrier within the 48 hour window.  Casa Chameleon will either send you a refund or exchange your item once we have procured a claim number from the carrier.  Please do not return the item to us without a claim number or insurance, as you will be liable for any damage that is incurred during transit and will not be entitled to a refund.
